Trovet MRT is a complete and balanced food adjusted with nutrients to prevent and alleviate metabolic changes caused by heart or liver failure and in the case of food intolerances and allergies.


Trovet MRT food is characterized by reduced levels of phosphorus, protein and sodium, which helps reduce hyperphosphatemia and Azotemia and helps control heart failure, hypertension and ascites. High-quality protein from rabbit meat ensures that the minimum daily requirement for amino acids is met and that the kidneys function properly. Increased levels of B vitamins inhibit the development of the disease and contribute to the alleviation of disease symptoms. The addition of substances that raise urine pH counteracts metabolic acidosis and prevents the development of oxalate urolithiasis in the urinary tract.


An appropriately selected proportion of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids normalizes the pressure in the glomerular capillaries. The use of rabbit meat allows the delicacy to be used also in animals prone to food allergies.
