Do not place the device right against the wall so that the cover can open completely.
The first use should take place in the presence of the owner - some animals need time to accept the device and learn to use it. We recommend that you first get your pet used to the new bowl, which is the dispenser, and only then use the timer (initially in the presence of the owner). Remember that no animal should be left unattended for long.
Always cool the food before putting it into the dispenser, if necessary you can keep it cool by placing a cooling pack under the feeder. We do not recommend using wet food during hot weather.
