This is a simple, reliable and safe tool for removing ticks, developed by veterinarian Mr. Denis Heitz.
How to use:
The hook consists of a handle and two teeth that are inserted between the skin and the tick (as close to the skin as possible).
To unscrew the parasite, you need to lift the hook very slightly and turn the handle 2-3 times. The operation takes only a few seconds and requires only the use of a disinfectant after removing the tick.
When removing a tick, DO NOT:
pull it out (risk of leaving pieces of the tick's body in the skin, which may cause pain, inflammation or infection)
squeeze (risk of introducing arachnid saliva or injecting intestinal contents along with pathogens into the victim's body)
do not smother with fat, alcohol, ether, etc. or burn (risk as above)
Ticks must be unscrewed!
The hooks are made of polymer resin, which is wear-resistant and unbreakable.
The package contains two hooks:
large - for large-sized ticks
small - for small and hard-to-reach places (e.g. ears).
