Eye hygiene - for cats and dogs

The product removes dust that can irritate the conjunctiva and cause inflammation. Soothes irritations.
It helps cleanse the tear ducts so that tears can flow normally. The pH reaction is identical to that of the animal's tears, which helps avoid irritation.
Using the product prevents the formation of unsightly stains on the fur around the eyes.

Eyes are sensitive and should be given special care!

Some dog breeds, especially those with flat muzzles such as boxers, Pekingese and pugs, require special attention. They suffer from tearing due to the fact that their tear ducts are very short and narrow and the tears flow out, leaving brown marks on their muzzles that need to be wiped regularly. Tearing may also occur with certain medical conditions.

How often should you cleanse your eyes?

Dried secretions accumulating in the corners of the eyes should be removed regularly. For pets that are particularly susceptible to this problem, it is recommended to wash their eyes regularly (about twice a week) to prevent these problems from occurring or reoccurring. For others, these treatments should be performed when we see discharge in the corners of the eyes. This should be repeated 2-4 times a week, depending on the severity of the symptoms.

How to care for your eyes?

Eyes should be washed (from the center of the eye outwards, so as not to transfer impurities into the tear duct, thereby causing it to become clogged) using an eye wash with the same pH as the animal's tears, and then wipe excess fluid from the fur with a gauze or a smooth cloth.

Eye hygiene should become a habit as early as possible!
