Many dogs suffer from food intolerances or allergies. The symptoms can be as varied as the causes of the allergy itself. Some dogs experience itchy and red skin, while others experience digestive problems, vomiting or diarrhea. This is because the body (or immune system) reacts to specific proteins in meat, fish, grains or dairy products that are identified as "foreign" and attacked. This does not happen with oils and fats. They are usually well digested and do not cause food intolerance.


The basis of the PLUS line are very limited diets containing a small number of ingredients that are easily digestible. It should be emphasized that each product of the PLUS line contains only one source of animal protein - but it is of exceptionally high quality. Our recipes do not contain dairy or eggs, which are typically used as additional animal protein in other similar products. Additionally, none of the PLUS products contain grains. Instead of grains, PLUS products mainly contain potatoes, which are a highly digestible alternative source of carbohydrates.

Dosage:

When implementing a nutritional change in dogs with a sensitive digestive tract, it is especially important to introduce the change slowly to avoid stress and further irritation of the digestive tract. The proportion of new food is increased until only the new food is fed.
