Food with a high content of game is a source of protein of high biological quality. Additionally, the presence of game meat in the food enriches it with lysine and leucine, B vitamins and selenium. Other raw materials of animal origin ensure high digestibility of all nutrients and additionally provide fat with a very valuable acid composition. The addition of linseed oil balances the ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids from the n-3 and n-6 families and guarantees the maintenance of the proper condition of the entire body. The selection of raw materials and the type of thermal treatment maintain the high palatability of the food.
