Prescription Diet c/d Urinary Stress + Metabolic dry cat food is formulated specifically by nutritionists and veterinarians to support urinary tract health and maintain a healthy weight in adult cats. In fact, c/d Urinary Stress + Metabolic nutrients have been shown to help reduce flare-ups of FIC symptoms by 89% AND reduce body weight by 11% over 60 days, plus it contains ingredients that help relieve stress.



Main indications:

  • Weight loss and maintenance in cats with concurrent lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD):
    • Feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC)
    • Reducing the recurrence of calcium oxalate (CaOx), calcium phosphate or struvite urinary stones



Other indications:

  • Dissolving struvite stones
  • Diabetes mellitus in normal weight, slightly overweight or obese cats



Composition:

meat and ingredients of animal origin (chicken 15%), ingredients of plant origin, plant protein extracts, cereals, vegetables, oils and fats, seeds, minerals, milk and milk derivatives (milk protein hydrolyzate 0.1%). Urine alkalizing substances: potassium citrate (6 g/kg), potassium chloride (5 g/kg).
